DESCRIPTION:This year’s AGM of Lymm RFC Ltd will be taking place at 8:00pm on Thursday 18 May. \nAgenda\nWelcome / Introduction\nMinutes of Previous Meeting\nReports:\n• Chairman’s Annual Report\n• Treasurer’s Update\n• Senior Rugby\n• Mini and Junior Rugby\n• Squash\n• Tennis\n• Hockey\nDevelopment Programme\nElection of Officers\nAOB \nIf any member has a resolution or AOB item for the meeting please contact the Club Secretary\, Rick Johnson  secretarylymmrugby@outlook.com. Resolutions to be submitted to the Secretary by Thursday 11 May. \nNominations\nThe nominations for the Club’s Officers are requested by Thursday 11 May and should be sent by email to secretarylymmrugby@outlook.com. The following summarises the position for each: \n• Chairman – David Simpson is prepared to stand for re-election\n• Treasurer – Andy Leach is prepared to stand for re-election\n• Secretary – Rick Johnson is prepared to stand for re-election \nNeil Kelly’s term of office as President comes to an end at the AGM. Custom and practice is that the President is selected by the Past Presidents and it is expected their nomination will be ratified at the AGM. \nAttendance\nThe AGM will be held in the Clubhouse at Beechwood with access provided by Zoom for members who are not able to attend in person. If you wish to attend the AGM\, in person or by Zoom\, please register by email to secretarylymmrugby@outlook.com. Details of the Zoom Log In will be issued ahead of the meeting to those who register.
