Running Order and Info for teams
Congratulations on reaching your respective final. We hope you all have a great and enjoyable day, that all the teams are great ambassadors for junior rugby and continue to promote the TREDS principles and that al spectators enjoy it and have a nice sarnie and cuppa at Lymm. Full programmes will be printed by please find below some initial guidance.

Lymm are hosting the matches on the RFU 365 AGP due to the terrible weather causing issues in many pitches. People on the AGP including all coaches, managers and physios MUST wear studded footwear. No other people should be on the pitch. Please ask all to respect the numerous volunteers and helpers as well as the catering
staff. Please also let everyone know that all player/official catering, pitch hire and referee costs are carried by Lymm.

Parking and coaches

Parking will be charged at £5 per car (irrespective of occupants) £2 per person for walk-ins. Players, managers and team coaches are of course free. The car park fees covers the costs of the food. Anyone abusing the volunteers helping on the car park will be refused entry.

If you are planning on the team arriving in a coach please let us know in advance so we can save a space for you.

Match schedule

The match schedule is necessarily tight to fit us all in and we ask that you all do your utmost to comply. There will be a half time of MAX 10 mins and 10 mins please to get off the pitch after full time. Team chats and debriefs for everyone except the last match need to take place off the pitch please.

Changing rooms and first aid

Lymm Clubhouse has limited changing rooms. All teams will get changing rooms for a limited time pre kick off. Please try and ensure your teams don’t try and get access too early and that they exit as quickly as possible post-match for food (upstairs in clubhouse). Coaches and should not be in the changing rooms on their own (but in

Plate – Changing Room Entry – 09:45, Changing Room Exit – 13:15

Cup – Changing Room Entry – 13:30

Warm-ups, and pitch entry/exit

All warm ups apart from the very first match will have 30 mins on the AGP. There will be helpers to show the teams where. After warm-up and on entry to the AGP, all players coaches and anyone going on the pitch must wear studs and must clean them prior to entry on the boot brushes at the entry gates.

Please leave the pitch as soon as possible after your final has finished to make way for the next match. Team huddles and chats can take place on the bank behind the pitch. Pleases exit by the gates furthest from the clubhouse (diagonally opposite) near the maintenance container and football goal posts. In this way the next teams may enter via the boot clean area.

Medals, awards and photos

Once your team has left the pitch you will have time to celebrate, commiserate and learn. This can all be done on the back bank. There will be an area for medal and trophy presentations behind the sticks at that end of the pitch.

There will also be an area for photography at that end of the pitch where you can get the whole team and pitch behind them.

Cheshire provide 22 medals per team – if you would like to have more then they ask you to contact Wirral Awards (Terry Griffiths, trophies@hotmail.co.uk) to place and order for more.

Clubhouse catering

Meals will be provided for players and officials in the club house post match – we will organise a meal ticket system for each team which a coach should collect on arrival.

Please also note that Lymm has had a change of licence so now operates essentially as a pub not a members bar and as such has an over 21 policy for consumption of any alcohol at any time. Please note this.
