Thank You Yatesy!
As we prepare to start the 2025-26 season it marks the change in captaincy as James Yates steps down.
Don’t worry!! James will still be a big part of the club and will continue as part of the playing group!
DOR Fletch had this to say about Yatesy;
“We want to say a huge thank you to our outgoing captain, James Yates, for his outstanding leadership both on and off the field.
Yatesy took on the captaincy three seasons ago and has been a driving force behind the team’s success ever since. His focus, commitment, and dedication to the entire senior section have been nothing short of remarkable.
He’s always put the club first and has been instrumental in bringing the squad closer together—both as players and as mates. A true club man, a top leader, and an absolute legend of a bloke.
It’s been a pleasure to work alongside you, Yatesy. You’ve left your mark on this team, and we’re all better for it.
