Under 16’s v Heaton Moor

Heaton Moor U16s 29 – 31 Lymm U16s

Lymm U16s once again proved their metal against a strong forwards dominant team at Heaton Moor today. Lymm we’re leading three tries to one at half time but the home team came back very strongly after the restart scoring two quick tries. The Heaton scrum was becoming very dominant and after a set piece in the centre of the field they scored again putting Lymm in the back foot.

Lymm regained their composure and with controlled pressure, went through the phases. Their reward, after camping on the home team’s five metre line, being an eventual penalty try. They followed this with one more try, the added conversion was critical to give Lymm victory.
