Coaching for both members & non-members Under 7’s (YOUTH RED) at 5pm to 6pm Under 11's (YOUTH GREEN) at 6pm to 7pm Adult Cardio at 7pm to 8pm

Coaching for both members & non-members is currently only on Wednesdays. Under 7’s (YOUTH RED) at 3:45 pm 8-10-year olds (YOUTH ORANGE/GREEN) at 4:30 pm 11 & Over (YOUTH YELLOW) at 5:15 pm Adult Improvers 6 pm Adult Team Training 7 pm.
