Your Health
Due to restrictions created by the Covid-19 pandemic we were unable to present our Panto in 2020, the first time a Panto has not been staged at Lymm RFC in more than 30 years. So, we are very excited to be reopening our Panto doors again in 2021 and welcoming you all back to Beechwood for this year’s performances!
Your health and safety is our priority and we want you to feel confident returning to Beechwood. The following information will be in place for your visit.
COVID 19 SYMPTOMS; If you, or someone in your party, or someone you live with, displays
COVID-19 symptoms or has been pinged by the NHS App or contacted by Track and Trace, we encourage you not to attend the venue.
COVID 19 TESTING; We encourage that you undertake a voluntary NHS Rapid Lateral Flow test or have been double vaccinated prior to visiting the venue. If you have evidence of this, that would be helpful e.g. NHS App
SOCIAL DISTANCING; We request that everyone act responsibly and considerately towards others.
FACE MASKS; We encourage that face masks are worn when inside the venue, except when
seated in the auditorium or eating/drinking.
HAND CLEANING; We encourage you to use our hand sanitising stations and wash your hands regularly.
CASHLESS SALES; We prefer card payments, but we will still accept cash.
EXTRA CLEANING; We’re cleaning everywhere more frequently.
TICKET OFFICE; Tickets will be checked within the entrance foyer on the ground floor to maximise circulation space on the first floor area.
BAR; Please pre-order interval drinks upon arrival to avoid interval queues.
VENTILATION SYSTEM FRESH AIR CIRCULATION; As a result the venue may be slightly cooler than normal, so bring an extra layer.
Conditions of entry are subject to local and national government guidelines
Please make sure each member of your party has their own ticket with them when they arrive as tickets will not be held on the door.
Please be courteous to all our staff under these different and difficult circumstances
Revised Dates
Due to the availability of cast members, there will be a change to one of the planned show dates. The last Saturday performance scheduled for 11th December 2021 will now be moved to a matinee performance on Sunday 12th December 2021.
THE VENUE WILL OPEN AT 7.00PM WITH CURTAIN UP AT 8.00PM (2.00pm/3.00pm on Sunday 12th December)

Ticket Sales
The number of guests per performance has been reduced by approximately 50% and we will be
operating a seating only environment with no standing allowed during each performance.
Tickets will go on sale to members at the club house on Saturday 23rd October at 2.00pm and again on Sunday 24th October at 11.00am.

Members will be able to buy up to 6 tickets before they go on sale to the general public on 1st November.
Tickets purchased face to face at the club can be paid for by PDQ, Cheque or Cash.
Tickets purchased by email or phone will be reserved for 48 hours only. Payment must be made within this period via Cheque, Cash or BACS using the following Bank details;

The diagram below provides an overview of the seating layout within the auditorium. When you buy your tickets, you will be asked to choose your preferred block, i.e. A to F. Within each block or across blocks, you will then be able to select from the seats that are available. Your ticket will include your seat number and we would ask that you do not move any seats or sit in a seat not allocated to you during the performance.
