Arrangements For Saturday

 With an anticipated extremely high demand to be at Beechwood on Saturday morning for a great World Cup Final , the following arrangements have been put in place.

Opening Times

The Club will open at 8am for members and guests only

 Breakfasts

A full English Breakfast will be available at half time

Bacon , Sausage , Eggs , Beans , Tomatoes , Black Pudding , Hash Browns , Mushrooms plus Toast ,  Orange Juice , Tea or Coffee included .

The cost is £10 per head and must be pre- booked vis your team’s coordinator by Wednesday evening latest

A voucher will be given to every person who has booked breakfast as they arrive

There will be no opportunity to purchase this breakfast on the day

Bacon Baps and Hot Drink

Available on the day on a first come first served basis

Cost is £5  and subject to availability

Alcohol

As the club is restricted to selling alcohol from 12 midday only , the bar can only serve soft drinks  .However as a ‘one- off event’ , members can bring their own alcohol for consumption if they so wish.

England Flags

The club will be decked out in flags and we have hand flags for the kids. However , feel free to bring your own flags  as well.
