This Saturday 7th placed Lymm welcome 3rd placed Blaydon to Beechwood for a 3pm KO.
The top 5 teams in our league are all potential promotion candidates. From 5th placed Billingham (62pts) to leaders Macclesfield (71pts), there is only 9pts difference.
In October 2019 Blaydon won 43 – 35. At half time it was 29 – 7 and the faithful Lymm supporters feared a serious drubbing. However, in an amazing 2nd half, we regrouped and won the half 28 – 14 and were unlucky not to come away with 2 bonus points.
So, Lymm will be up for the challenge and to consolidate their mid table position.
Lymm 2’s travel to play Blackburn 2’s in their 2nd Cotton Traders Conference A league match. KO 2.15pm.
In Division 2 South, Lymm Eagles travel to play neighbours, Northwich 2’s, KO 2:15pm.
